Early this month I participated in the Pacific Northwest Plein Air 2019 event and exhibition at Maryhill Museum. This was my fourth year, and fortunately was not beset by extreme heat, high winds and a 14,000 sq. mi. grass fire, as per last year.
Despite having to slog away at unfinished frames, I was still able to do 4 paintings, including two of Mount Adams, one with Mount Hood (pictured) and one of some anonymous rocks at White River Falls. I don't have good photographs of all 4 works, but will post more as I get them.
