This painting from Olallie State Park was begun on location in the fall of 2021, and finished in the studio in the first month of 2022.
Olallie State Park is on the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River, which was quite low when the painting was started, but subsequent massive rains soon filled it up and made painting impossible. I painted there several sessions with my class, and will return there again.
